A year ago this was something I would never have considered doing, four years ago it would have been impossible for me to do with my anxieties, panic attacks, lack of confidence etc. But here I am today, feeling fitter and healthier both mentally and physically! All down to making better dietary and lifestyle choices. In April I thought of doing this to mark how far I've come, to confirm to myself how far I've come but also to hopefully inspire others who think they can't, who think they're being held back by things out of their control.
Keep believing. Make the best choices you can in each moment. Make goals that inspire you. "Always let faith be greater than fear"

Here I go! Call me crazy but I made a plan back in April to cycle from London to Paris. My reasons are as follows:
1. I've had anxiety, panic attacks and stuff that comes with that. (Read more about that here). By gradually making better choices in all aspects of my life I now feel like a completely new person. The best I've ever felt, physically and mentally. I'm doing this ride to show myself how far I've come.
2. I've learnt a lot over the past few years and quite simply, I want to share that knowledge in the hope that it might help others who are where I once was but feel that there is more to this life and want to live a healthier, happier life in a positive mind space.
3. Because it's a challenge! It pushes my comfort zone, it tests my mental strength and as they say "we grow through what we go through".
I am doing this for all the people who feel everything from slightly stressed to deeply depressed, for those who are making choices toward a healthier mindset, for everyone who feels they can't. I thought I couldn't do or be so much but here I am, doing and being!
